The current Terms and Conditions establish the basis for visiting our website and ordering services. By purchasing our services, the user acknowledges that they have read and agreed to comply with our Terms and Conditions, which include our privacy policy. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, please do not place any orders.

General Provisions

We specialize in enhancing your content through comprehensive editing, proofreading, and offering expert advice for various forms of content including blog posts, articles, and social media updates. Our services are tailored for individuals, businesses, and organizations looking to elevate the quality of their existing content for websites, social media platforms, or other promotional and educational channels.

Order Placement and Payment Process

When the user (“User”) visits our website and wishes to place an order, they may navigate to the pricing section and click on the “Place an order” button. Upon clicking, the User will be redirected to an order form where they must provide:

  • name;
  • email;
  • service;
  • quality level (editor level);
  • consultation time.

Users may also add any relevant documents or supplementary materials to assist our team in understanding their project requirements. Upon submission of the order form, a designated manager from our team will contact the User to confirm the order details, clarify any additional information, and establish a mutually agreed-upon deadline. The approximate cost depends on the word count/duration of the work and is calculated by the site and then clarified by our manager.

The manager will then provide the User with an invoice to complete the payment process. It should be paid within 72 hours after you get it. By submitting the order form and making payment via invoice, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and all other policies of our website.

Cancellation Policy

Order Calculation: The pricing for each order is determined based on the number of pages, intricacy of the task, nature of the work, and the chosen consultant’s tier, unless otherwise mentioned in our communication.

Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled, it is subject to a full charge of the agreed price.

Quality Concerns: While we strive for excellence, stylistic preferences can be subjective. If you have quality concerns, please communicate them via email within seven days of receiving the work. Please note that an error in one section doesn’t invalidate the entirety of the content.

Technical Issues: We cannot be held accountable for delays arising from technical disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to email issues or modem malfunctions.

Documented Agreements: Any agreement is recognized and binding only if it’s documented and communicated between both parties. The agreement becomes active upon the client’s payment.

Jurisdiction & Liabilities: All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England. We hold the right to seek payment and damages if necessary.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card or account of the sender. The user can request a refund only if the request is made within one week of the completion of the order. If this is the case, write us at help@supportword.com and tell us your reasons for requesting a refund.

Keep in mind that Mindium Ltd will not refund money if you are not satisfied with the style of the edited text as all issues are resolved with the manager before the conclusion of the order. We provide refunds in case of a mistake: if you received another job for any technical reason.
